Learning Outcomes
Description

https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/takeaction/
Ask them to read and reflect.
Which of the tips do they ALREADY apply in their lives?
Ask them to think about the last month. Let them shortly share their stories.
Each of them can get one point for an action they have done last month. (e.g. I donated clothes I do not use to charities – 1 point. I mostly bike/walked to school – 1 point I bought locally produced food – 1 point.)
The groups should add up their points and see which group has the most points/ is the most conscious.
Share the Lazy Persons’ Checklist among the students.
Help achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals by taking action yourself! Find out how you and your students can help by doing simple things. This checklist will make your students think about the decisions they make at home or at school. Encourage them to take a voice and take action to empower their parents and family and show them the importance of sustainability. Ask your students to tick off the steps they have already taken. Ask them to do it again at the end of the month.
